F&W and Staff

F&W realizes that not only does the summer camp experince change the lives of the campers, but the lives of the staff as well.

To that end F&W provides high level training to future camp/program counselors. Aside from a grant that covers expenses for red cross certification to all staff, we also provide material and a 'curriculum' for training couselors in outdoor smarts and fun. The end result is that camps/outdoor programs become equipped with staff that can provide and promote safety and outdoor fun the best way possible.
